Aggie Frost solo live
A one-woman show, with live electronics, vocals and sometimes other instruments. Mainly performing songs from the Perlemor album, but also some new songs are in the making, and may suddenly appear in these live sessions!
Can be performed on concert stages or smaller more intimate venues or off-venue locations (like in a gallery, in a living-room, on a boat!)

Her DJ style is pleasant, fun and eclectic - varying from disco/nu-disco via synth- and electro-pop to fun Italo-pop - to organic and melodic house. Sometimes - she may also sing during her DJ set. Fun and good vibes!

TALLBOY live
Author Therese Bakkevoll, from Tromsø,, published the book TALLBOY on Samlaget 2022 to excited reviews. Nominated to the Norwegian Libraries literature police 2024. Tallboy is her first novel, where the story of the battleship Tirpitz is interwoven with the everyday life of a therapist at Åsgård Psychiatric Hospital.
Aggie and Therese have prepared a live event, that combines Therese reading sections from the book and Aggies music and voice.

Magic Movements DJ-set
Like doing a yoga class, only you dance and move freely to real good music instead! Fun, stress-reducing and healing!
Inviting you for a mind-body-mudic-journey! For a small group of people, starting in a circle, with some exercises to connect to oneself and to set an intention for the practice. Then going into movement, Aggie tailors a DJ-set, and the participants dance and move freely in a safe zone of good vibes only! Getting out of your head and into your body, emotions may rise and feelings may process. Remembering being present…shaking loose of stress and overthinking. A great and refreshing feeling! The practice ends with a resting phase, a meditation and gratitude.

Aggie is a skilled public speaker, and has held numerous inspirational talks on topics like: how to be an artist, how to create and use inspiration into your work, to more specific and nerdy topics around music production, live performance and field recordings.
She can also work as a presenter/hostess at conferences or events - and she has a background as a presenter from NRK tv, back in the days… Aggie is curious, excited and a storyteller that loves to connect with people.
